Lance worked steadily, using information on the internet to learn about my specific model (which was different than ones he’d worked on before). He was able to take apart an enclosed portion of the unit, identify the reason for the leak, and stop its progress. Job well done and much appreciated!“

“Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars. “Joanna and Sequoya came right after our pipe burst, set up top-notch equipment immediately to prevent mold, fans, cut out the damaged, wet parts of ceiling and wall, were extremely professional, knowledgeable about regulations and safety, since I have a lung condition I have to be really careful, and that was their priority. Apparently they have certification courses every year, so are on top of the latest techniques, equipment, safety regulations and industry standards, which was evident in the way they worked. We were just so lucky our plumber recommended him as soon as he fixed the burst pipe, and are grateful. They were both really supportive, explained everything, sealed off the fans really nicely so it dried faster with higher heat and dehumidifiers. A lot better than the Servicemaster group who came to my parents' years ago in L.A. for a similar situation. We prefer working with the owners and local businesses too, often for better service and higher quality communication, especially true in this case.“
