“Water damage resulted in ruined floor and mold growth. Bre and Chris were brilliant deconstructing and cleaning. They worked very hard for long hours in very hot conditions. I was disappointed that Servpro was not able to do the reconstruction and upset that the office did not tell me this until very late in the process. This caused a serious delay finding people to do the repairs. Also, they have yet to provide me with the identification of the flooring so that it could be matched to the rest of the house as they had said they would.The work crew would get 5 stars. The office personnel were also very courteous and prompt. Management would get 1to 2 stars for their performance. They do hire good people.Service: Water damage-related mold removal“
