Dealing with major water damage in our home was daunting. Without knowing the process, we went with BELFOR to manage the restoration project. I’m glad we did because they were excellent to work with and the house repair turned out perfect. They know the process and guided us along, addressing our questions and concerns. I knew Belfor had worked on our home prior to us purchasing it, and they have a great reputation, so when we noticed water damage from a clogged washing machine drain right after purchasing our home, it was an easy decision to contact them. From the start, the contractors we worked with were knowledgeable, they cared about my needs and making sure the work was of the highest quality, they helped me navigate/negotiate a difficult home insurance situation, and they were highly professional. Both Steve Fricano and Scott Duncan were a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.
