My dog Otis attends their day program and has truly blossomed, from an excitable 1 year old adolescent to a well rounded, friendly, obedient member of their pack. Betsy has offered such valuable recommendations on how I could continue the training approach at home to keep advancing his knowledge. I found Betsy as I looked for a day program that wasn’t a larger scale “daycare” space. Betsy did a careful screening to make sure Otis would fit well with the other dogs and slowly folded Otis into the mix. Now that Otis is a “regular,” it gives me peace of mind that any newcomers to the program will be similarly vetted and introduced. A year into attending the day program, Otis is thriving and I am so grateful for the Bowser’s team (Finn, the elder pup, included!)“

“Super glad I chose this service, Michelle makes it easy to communicate with her through text or through phone calls. Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. I think she loved the socialization of being around other birds and apparently she even warmed up to Michelle after a few days. If you can win over a parrotlet, you’re a true “bird whisperer” ? “My dog did daycare and boarding services here regularly in fall 2023. My dog is high anxiety and needs a lot of help adjusting to new environments and people. After a few times here she did not even hesitate to run into the back without a glance back at me! What I like: 1. Great staff - my dog is a good judge of people and and she loves the staff 2. Easy online booking system 3. Outdoor space - my dog does much better if she can be outside 4. Sensitive to dogs' needs - my dog needed to be coaxed to play and get comfortable.“

“I can honestly say that from my time having shadow care for my fur babies. I've never had a negative experience. She's incredibly detailed oriented and punctual. Her communication is fantastic. Any time I want to check in, she's more than happy to update me on how my babies are doing. She even makes helpful recommendations on things I've never noticed! I've been to her educational shows and I think it's a fun and positive experience. I have heard good feedback from other people who attended her shows. “So many good things to say about this daycare! From the trained, experienced and caring behaviorists to the cleaning protocols, this is the best place I've ever experienced in over 25 years of dog parenting. I know my dog kiddos are safe and well cared for. Their instagram page clearly shows how they see each of their dog clients as individuals and always strive to do what's best for each and have tons of fun along the way. Additionally, I have had both of my 2-year old female labradoodle/GSD mixed breed dogs (they're littermates) in training for the last several months so I must do a special shout out to the in-house trainer, Nakita Johnson. Nakita zeroed in on my girls' individual talents, strengths, and training needs and designed training for each of them that has surpassed my expectations. She provides detailed instruction and feedback and happily answers ALL my questions. My dogs have gained obedience as well as fun 'tricks' but what really stands out to me is how calm and confident they are. Doggone Fun! really is their second home now.“

“Alexis is amazing! We needed someone to check on our high-maintenance cat for a week. We found Sits and Walks on Google. Before we left home, Alexis came over for an orientation. Our cat hides from strangers so Alexis didn't get to meet her. I explained that our cat is a little bit wild, a picky eater, gets hairballs, and is weary of strangers. We were worried that our cat would just hide and barely eat. But after the first visit, our cat warmed up to Alexis. We received many photos of our fur baby playing with Alexis and getting her cheeks scratched, as well as daily visit reports. Our cat ate well and enjoyed her new visitor while we were away. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Sits and Walks again. Dependable, trustworthy, super nice and great communicator. Thank you Alexis!“

“We LOVE Chris! Our pup REFUSED to be trained until we brought her to him! He has done magic with her! She is so well behaved and is a total new dog! We couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Sweetpea LOVES her trainer aswell! EVERYTIME we drive by she gets all excited thinking we are dropping her off! When we do drop her off she goes right in all excited to see all her friends including Chris! We are so unbelievably greatful for university K9!
