I can honestly say that from my time having shadow care for my fur babies. I've never had a negative experience. She's incredibly detailed oriented and punctual. Her communication is fantastic. Any time I want to check in, she's more than happy to update me on how my babies are doing. She even makes helpful recommendations on things I've never noticed! I've been to her educational shows and I think it's a fun and positive experience. I have heard good feedback from other people who attended her shows. Very dependable and trustworthy person. My pets love her and she is very gentle with them. She also accommodates my schedule when I travel. Knowledgeable about grooming and uses creative solutions with my shy cat.
