“I’ve come in to this Kaiser Urgent Care location several times over the last 3 years, and have never had a truly bad experience, with either the check in process, the medical professionals on call, or the quality of care received. Sure, the wait time can be excruciatingly long, but that’s not really their fault.

The lobby is clean and well laid out (compact, though) and while the waiting area is a bit tired, that’s no big deal; it’s a waiting area after all.

I know I presented with complex case that was not quite clear what specially should be consulted but it just did not feel like it raised to the level of needing ED level of care.
