Attention to the needs of the patients was exceptional. Checking in with every patient in the waiting area every hour, offering them snacks and drinks, updating them on waiting times. Incredible. Matt, the nurses, and the doctors were wonderful. Thank you.

Lab (not urgent care). There was no wait to get a seat in the lab. Madeline was quick and professional. Her needle insertion was painless. She provided hair friendly tape without prompting. I do not know any way in which my experience could be improved.

I went in to urgent care for a severe headache. It was causing me so much pain and although the wait time was 2 hours my visit itself was outstanding. During my wait there was someone very kind walking around offering water and crackers or juice. When I did finally get called back the team was so incredibly comforting and nice. From the nurse who took my vitals to the nurse Eunice who gave me my IV medication. Dr Diaz was incredibly compassionate. They made my visit very pleasant considering how much pain I was in. Just wanted to say thank you for comforting me as much as you could during my visit.
