Very disappointed to show up for blood work appointment after fasting and rearranging work/dropoff schedule to be told they couldn't take me. Apparently, they tried calling, but I received no voicemail, email or text. I thought zoom was supposed to make healthcare convenient.
Terrible place. I went for a UTI, gave them a urine sample and they said it’s not a UTI and told me to go to the ER. 4 hours later in the ER, the doc says it’s a UTI. It was a very obvious and easy diagnosis that they should have been able to make.
