“I've been really impressed with our experience at Eastwind Computers, especially for as long-winded as our computer problems seem to be.My husband bought a new graphics card a couple weeks ago, and we went to Eastwind to get it installed. Eastwind installed it successfully, however we had a ton of problems with the computer post-install. There would be this intermittent crash, and failure to turn on and we ended up taking it back to Eastwind. Turns out, our (refurbished) graphics card was the problem.Eastwind was able to swap out the faulty card with our old one while we waited for a replacement card to come in the mail. And when the replacement card came in the mail, Eastwind installed that piece for no additional charge.We're incredibly grateful for their assistance, and even though this whole process has been a hassle Eastwind took great care of us.
