I took my old computer in to diagnose the problem. They found the Mother Board failed. A $35.00 charge to do so, that I thought was reasonable.They said it was to old to repair. 12 years.I need a computer. I shoped around on the internet with my laptop and other places, and yes, I found other prices a little less, but I decided to buy it there. Because, they talk to you, explain things better and just if the new one has a problem, I can just take it back to East Wind.I haven't got it yet. They called yesterday, Friday, that it was ready, but I was too busy and called them back and told them Monday, and they said that would be fine. Nice company to deal with.Larry Ellis

I have had to take my Dell computer in for service twice and each time their customer service has been great, the fixes have been done quickly and all at great prices as well, would highly recommend.
