“I took my old computer in to diagnose the problem. They found the Mother Board failed. A $35.00 charge to do so, that I thought was reasonable.They said it was to old to repair. 12 years.I need a computer. I shoped around on the internet with my laptop and other places, and yes, I found other prices a little less, but I decided to buy it there. Because, they talk to you, explain things better and just if the new one has a problem, I can just take it back to East Wind.I haven't got it yet.
