But as soon as I started seeing Dr. Shim at Premier Dentistry, all of my anxiety around getting dental work done went away! The office is always so calming and clean and everyone makes you feel so comfortable and heard. Everyone is so friendly and truly treats you like family. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist now and it’s all because of Shim and his wonderful team! Plus, he’s been able to fix my dental work that I never thought could be fixed and made my smile brand new. Thank you Dr. Shim! ??“

“I was currently without a dentist and had part of a tooth detach. Found Brookside Dental had great reviews and was close to my home. Tricia scheduled me for an exam within an hour of my call. Dr Kowal determined a crown was in order and I am scheduled for next Monday. Office is very clean and organized. Dentist and his assistant Glenda, and Tricia are very nice. A very welcoming feeling, everyone has great personalities. Looks like I found my new dentist!!!“

“I needed a couple of gum grafts and Dr. Russell did an amazing job. He was very professional and easy to work with, and his staff were all incredible. The grafts are healing nicely and he said they look great at my recheck appointment.Even though his office was out of network with my insurance, they took care of everything.The waiting room was comfortable, and all of the equipment in the back looked new and well cared for.I am definitely a nervous nelly when it comes to dental work, yet everyone worked to make sure the process was as easy as possible. I am so grateful to Dr. Russell and his staff!“

Dr. Archibald noticed a slight shadow on a molar, but didn't jump the gun on a filing, which I greatly appreciate as nothing ever came of it. I had a chip repaired and it came with a great warranty. Admin and front office is on top of it, and willing to do pre-auth's for anything. Highly recommended.“
