This was my first time visiting their office, and to say it was warm and welcoming experience is an understatement. The front office was smiley and helpful, and this same cheerful manner was kept up by the entire team. They took the time to explain care options and what my insurance covers. 10/10 would recommend and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! :)

I have been taking my family to see Dr.Lu and her amazing team for over 10 years. They accepted all the insurance changes we've had over the years without any issues.Since my children and myself have been in her care there have been 3 offices changes. If we need to change locations again I would be more than happy to follow Dr.Lu and her team anywhere. The care we receive from the time you walk in the door and out is exceptional. Crystal at the front desk always lives up to her beautiful character and treats you with warmth and compassion.Finding a dentist you trust for yourself and children can be difficult but we are very fortunate to be in the care of the whole office....read full review

I have not actually found a dentist that I have trusted and felt comfortable with for like ten years. I think that the stars aligned for me last week. I had been set up for a new consult with Jenny Lu and the week of my scheduled appointment my right side of my face was hurting bad. I had been told in the past I needed my two bottom back teeth pulled but they never bothered me. So I went in on Friday so full of fear I was shaking.
