They asked for photos of the damage, affirmed what the damage was, and how they could help. The long and short of it--I showed up in Portland with the rug, and Renaissance actually repaired it while I waited. Amazing service, and a flawless, invisible repair. I was floored by the price--less than I could have imagined. Wonderful people. They showed me around their facility, where they clean fine rugs, and I'm so impressed. I won't use anyone else for my rugs, and I recommend Renaissance to clients. Highest recommendation.“

“We have a weird, finicky rug that had started to fall apart at the seams. These guys were absolute wizards... Matt got in there himself and stitched the (very thick) seams by hand with a thimble. The price for all that hard work was incredibly reasonable, and he cut us a mat for underneath and had a few tricks for keeping it from pulling and causing more damage in the future. This is a group of experts who really love what they do, and it shows. Highest recommendation I can give.“
