“Highly recommended!!!After learning our long time at-home computer service company Geeks-a-Knockin’ had stopped home visits we were glad one of their technicians Jackie Gibbs had started ExceedPC which continues home visits. Jackie has visited our home with Geeks-a-Knockin’ and once again did a great and efficient job of tuning up our HP Desktop. Jackie is very good and much better than the big box service teams.He also does not talk down to us (like some computer types e.g. Nick Burns your company’s computer guy on Saturday Night Live).We strongly recommend EXCEEDPC!!!UPDATE 09/2023: Jackie is still doing great professional work at reasonable prices. Remote screen sharing with him solved all of our issues and makes scheduling easy, in fact he was available when I first called him this morning and we were able to address the issues immediately.“
