Since then I have had ATC work on a laptop and another desktop with excellent results.The work performed by ATC and the way I was treated has led me to purchase 2 desktops, and 2 refurbished laptops during the 11 years dealing with ATC.I only had one problem with one desktop and turned out to be an issue with a component which the manufacturer who also refused to honor the warranty. Tim repaired the desktop at his expense and we had no other problems.I hold Tim and ATC with the highest regard after 11 years of having ATC handle all of my computer needs.
