“4.75 stars. Excellent company on many fronts: customer service--real people answering real phones and really doing their best to do their best--a welcome relief amidst an increasing number of companies herding customers/clients into AI chat support. They also went the extra mile for us on a printing issue which made the difference on a recent project and resulted in us wanting to sit down and write a great review. Sound quality on our past two CD's was also superb. The only thing on our wish list would be that the card stock used be heavier especially for the tri-panel designs.
