I have been dealing with Tim since 2013 when my desktop acquired a few virus's. He did a great job cleaning my desktop of virus's and a few other problems that I was not aware of on the desktop. Since then I have had ATC work on a laptop and another desktop with excellent results.The work performed by ATC and the way I was treated has led me to purchase 2 desktops, and 2 refurbished laptops during the 11 years dealing with ATC.I only had one problem with one desktop and turned out to be an issue with a component which the manufacturer who also refused to honor the warranty. Extremely solid experience at the first computer store I have ever had to go to. Scott is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I appreciate a small business like this is still fighting hard considering what they have had to go through the last couple of years. Give it a shot, it’s worth your time. If you are ever thinking about what a computer store should look like-this is it.

I'm sending this review on behalf of my dad. Always Thinking is knowledgable and very fair with their pricing. My dad had such a good experience, he called me up right after so he could tell me about it, which was pretty sweet. Highly recommend!
