“Two years ago we discovered that most of the rubber vent boots on the roof had deteriorated. We called Ability Plus and they sent a crew out. They inspected the roof and then made the needed repairs to vent boots and also some flashings around the chimney.<br><br>I write this two years later because the repairs were excellent and are still holding up well. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for those repairs.<br><br>I recommend them highly.“
