We had a very costly reconditoning of our roof after a leak less than a year ago and written documentation stating we have a warranty. We have a leak again and have emailed three different people and called twice over two weeks and have received no response. I see from the comments that this isn't an unusual experience. I wish we had seen the reviews before choosing them! We are planning to call one more time and if no response will file a complaint with the better business bureau and may need to hire an attorney.Update: the company reached out after this review and took care of the issue very rapidly. Carlos came in the middle of the January 13 snowstorm after a piece of our chimney blew off-leaving a massive hole. We had snow pouring in our attic and he was here, alone, no crew to help, and climbed two stories in the high wind and snow to repair the chimney. He literally risked his life. The damage to our home would have been severe if he hadn’t come out so quickly. Thank you to elements roofing!!!

My son discovered water dripping from the upstairs bonus room ceiling one evening. I Googled “roof companies”, having no idea who to call. I looked at several reviews, and Elements Roofing had good ones, so I called them. They had a man out to my house within an hour, and he laid down a protective covering — it was rainy and dark outside when he did the work. I also made an appointment for the repair work to be done.I know things that seem to be bad news can be a blessing in disguise, and this is a good example!
