“We truly don’t have enough nice things to say about NW Remodelers! They remodeled our original 1941 kitchen including removing a wall to open the space. Their communication was excellent and we are so incredibly happy with the finished product. They were also very detailed oriented, which included things like matching the original trim in the kitchen to the rest of the house - without us having to ask. They did an excellent job at creating a stunning kitchen while also keeping original elements of the old house charm. Their customer service was very personable which we appreciated. Everything was explained thoroughly and we weren’t left wondering through any part of the process. We will absolutely be hiring them again for any other projects that come up!“

“Very pleased with this company. Tyler from Cherry roofing came out for estimate. He was very professional and went over my roof replacement bid.We had high winds from the winter storm and tore off many areas of my roof during the storm. I had my temporary tarp tear come off because of the high winds keep causing to come up. I was about to go up on the roof myself to install another tarp when i happened to come home and Tyler was going to leave a bid at my doorstep. I met with him and he went over what the bid included and my options for roofing material to use. It seem reasonable with comparing to other bids i did receive from other contractors.I told him if he could get someone over to install another tarp over my roof today i would take his bid. The stress of my roof might be leaking and causing me more damage in the meantime was keeping me up at night. He was able to make a call and get one of his crews out within the hour to tarp up my roof. Very pleased with them being able to fit me in such short notice.I was waiting on my insurance company to come out to look at the damage before i could proceed with the roof replacement. Insurance came out couple weeks later and gave me the okay to proceed with the bid that Cherry gave me.They came out a week later in did complete tear off & replacement. Very happy with the work when completed.they sent a supervisor out to look over the job when the job completed check over the crews work.Tyler came back to go over the final bill and warranty paperwork.I myself is in the construction trade and it is so nice to work with another company who prides themselves in customer service and quality work.I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Cherry roofing company. I will recommend them to all my friends and clients at my work for a roofing contractor.Randy“

“Alux Painting just completed an exterior repaint of my 15-year-old house, and 12-year-old shop. The work included repair to the vertical trim boards on the southeast and southwest corners of the shop, which had evidence of rot.Of the 3 quotes we obtained, Daniel's was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive. Information contained in the quote, and during my discussion when Daniel came out to look at my buildings, about repair to the trim boards was THE deciding factor - we knew that Daniel would do the right things, we did not have that confidence in the other two contractors from whom we obtained quotes.Daniel and his crew were responsive to questions - including the one dumb question that I asked where I realized I was wrong after Daniel's explanation. As the work drew to a close, there were a couple of items that my wife or I found, and they were addressed on the spot.We're very happy with the final result.“

We have a concrete tile roof which started to leak after 5-8 years and Mike was recommended to me by a trusted Contractor friend of mine. Not only did he fix the leak but he showed me where the original installation did not meet then current installation guidelines and at a very reasonable price corrected all the substandard issues. “Got the job done (I think-we’ll see if it lasts), but wasn’t impressed with the process from the start. Between scheduling, the quote, and the guys completing the job- if I asked questions, it was unsure what the answer was. They either “needed to check on it” or deferred to someone else. I didn’t have a lot of confidence from the beginning and probably should have chooses a different company. I was charged more than I thought the job would cost and they didn’t have a good explanation or break down for the cost.Update: Received a follow up call. Owner was great about making things right. Offered a refund and follow up call in 6 months to make sure we are still satisfied with the work.“
