Amazing experience! When my last appt fell through right before my vacation they managed to get me in within the two days before I left! The wash and blow dry being included in the services (as well as a shave) made it feel like an all inclusive appointment despite the last minute notice. There isn't anything here I do not love, from the staff, not so new anymore owners and how strick they are about cleanliness, client service with a true smile and so much more... even the bounce around curriculum they gave me switching machines tanned me so much better and faster for my trip than routine of sticking to just two beds....

Every picture I’ve ever walked in with she has been able to complete it and is always excited to do it! Dr. Radin and staff are friendly, professional, explain post- procedural care, and answer all your questions. During treatment I was nervous and staff reassured me and Dr. Radin chatted and got my mind redirected. He is very kind and I would highly recommend this professional. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable, if anything needed to be changed (which didn’t because she was doing a fantastic job). I will absolutely get another deluxe facial with Doris because she was the best! I wish I could have tipped her more genuinely, maybe one day I can. I was in town for a wedding and this spa was in walking distance from my hotel. The night before I booked an appointment online for 10am.
When I arrived I was informed my nail tech was having trouble getting to work on time so I was offered a complimentary salt cave experience. It was very sweet of them to do this and they were very apologetic for the wait.

Dr. Ramos helped resolve my shin issues by setting me up with a new pair of orthotics, and Jessica is an amazing massage therapist who always provides top-notch care. Tabitha is an excellent masseuse. She has done wonderful deep tissue massages that have helped my back greatly. Also, full body lympahatic massages with emphasis on my legs. I have two burst baker cysts and my legs are retaining a lot of water but are now getting some relief.

I was encouraged at every point along the way by my instructors (Mike, Wayne, Steve, Matt, Ray) by management (Ray) and office staff (Liz). There never let me quit on myself. They delivered on more than what they promised and way more than what I paid for. Show up with a good attitude and a willingness to learn and these fine folks will have you cruising down the highway as a confident truck driver. I didn’t believe that 10 weeks ago. The in class lessons plus in-car lessons really aid my ability and skills to drive safely. I had an amazing instructor (Susan) who was very kind that she helped me and corrected my mistakes.
