I have used Mr.Rooter many time over the years, and have always been impressed with the quality of their personnel and their service. Yesterday I called for some plumbing help and Mr. Rooter had their plumber on site in 30 minutes and did an outstanding job!

I cannot express how happy I am with the excellent, professional service Jacob provided for my plumbing issue. He was committed to finding the source of my problem and did all he could to address it and fix it. I'm still hesitant to say the problem was solved and time will tell but he did do everything within his power to take care of it. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Mr Rooter again she the need arise.Services: Toilet repair

Mr. Rooter Plumbing offered us a wonderful service. The appointment scheduling, the reminder and everything related to customer service was outstanding! They fixed our Dishwasher in a couple of mins. Austin did a wonderful job fixing our issue and went above and beyond to find a solution for our problem. Its the first time I've needed a plumber in Windsor, and if I ever need it again, I wont hesitate calling Mr. Rooter. Great work, good price and awesome customer service!!
