Jesse came out at 5:30 pm not knowing what what the problem was. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed immediately. He came back the next day. When he realized he would need a hand, he called a colleague, Rick who was here within 20 minutes. They were able to fix my problem. Jesse was extremely professional and personable. ( He was my main contact tech) he thought out several options the first day and together we decided to try the most conservative option first, albeit I would have to wait till the next day.
