“I really liked this gym. I went here for a month while I had the one-month promotional offer. I attended mainly their cycle classes, but occasionally also did their HIIT and yoga classes. The instructors are all very nice and the interior is nice and cozy. Sometimes you would find a lot of people in the HIIT and yoga classes, which meant there wasn't a ton of room, but it was fine. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to try it out!“

3402 Yonge St #301, Toronto“This review is far overdue. For over 6 years, I have been seeing Mandy (Ching-I Tsai), who is THE best RMT that I have ever been to (and I have had many massages from RMTs, even at high-end / luxury spas in many different countries). I have followed her to every clinic she has been to and I'm willing to drive across the city in Toronto traffic just to see her. No massage experience that I've had since meeting Mandy ever compares. She is so incredibly talented, attentive, kind, and is able to intuitively pinpoint exactly what your body needs. Her technique is like no other, and I always jokingly say that Mandy is a magician... because every single time I visit Mandy, I leave feeling completely "fixed", relaxed, and rejuvenated - which has significantly improved my quality of life (I work in an office and spend an exorbitant amount of time sitting so I have a lot of upper body pain). If you are especially someone who prefers deep tissue massages, she will not disappoint. Her skills aside -- she has a heart of gold, is the most caring and genuine soul, and is always so pleasant to talk to. Seeing Mandy is truly therapeutic in all senses of the word. I look forward to my visits every time, and I hope that you will book a visit with Mandy because she is simply the best!“

Still absolutely love this spa! The staff and massages are still top notch and the vibe and expansion of services over the years has been great. The owner has created a safe harbour from the day to day rush in Toronto. You leave feeling well cared - haven’t had a bad experience to date :)

They’re very welcoming and provide great instructions during the class. They also offer different modifications so you get to choose what works best for you.“

They are very skilled and humble instructors that create engaging and fun classes where I leave learning something new about my body. Highly recommend.“

702 Pape Ave, Toronto“This gym is in a new phase of life. Not that there was anything wrong with it before. I found this gym in late 2019, Covid hit, and they pivoted into some of the best outdoor workouts around. Rain, wind, snow we were out their barbells and all!! This year the original owners sold to one of their best coaches and his wife, equally gifted, Bernard and Jess. The attention and care they give to their members is second to none, they foster community, pushing yourself as far as you want to go, without pressuring, and truly take an interest in all members. Its not uncommon to see them there at 630 am and still at 7 PM with private clients. They have also hired some amazing coaches to assist them who bring their own individual strengths to the classes. If you are looking for a gym with a true sense of community ( everyone knows everyone regardless of the class or time of day you go) and caring, want to just get in shape or learn a new skill, or really push yourself to another Crossfit level, this gym is for you. Best decision I ever made in joining, and even better in staying with Bernard and Jess taking over. An outstanding place to be!!“

From the moment I walked in, the cozy and thoughtfully designed interior immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It's clear they put a lot of effort into creating a welcoming and serene environment. The massage therapists were exceptional--kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session perfectly. Their technique was excellent, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. What stood out most was the warmth and care shown by the entire team. It's rare to find a place that combines skill with such a high level of customer service. Whether you're looking for a therapeutic massage or just need to unwind, Antinama is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be back!“
