Breathe yoga studio is a great place to practice and find new friends. I joined the studio in 2019 and tried a variety of different classes. My favourite style is Mysore; Breathe has a great Mysore program for beginners and advanced students. Recently the studio moved to a new place which is nice, bright and quiet. You can practice with your yoga fellows and enjoy a cup of tea after. Breathe studio is a dedicated yoga studio with professional teachers and a friendly community. I highly recommend it.
I have been practicing yoga with Breathe Yoga since 2017 - as a long time yoga practitioner, Breathe has proven to be an outstanding studio because of it's highly experienced and knowledgeable instructors \u0026 professional administrative staff. Svitlana offers the best Ashtanga Yoga/Mysore program in Toronto by making the practice accessible for people at all levels. I have seen huge improvements in my practice since attending Svitlana's Mysore classes that I would not have accomplished on my own. Thank you Breathe!
I'm loving Rami's Restore and Unwind class on Saturday mornings. Not only does her series of postures feel great, but also she brings in such deep-rooted knowledge of yoga philosophy. Her lessons are a real gift.
