Extraordinary Experience at Ferro Hair Art!
I came in off the street to Ferro Hair Art. My hair was faded, dry and broken from travelling. And I was wanting a near impossible task, to match the original colour BEFORE the fade. And extremely difficult and subtle thing.
Andrea, the salon owner, understood EXACTLY what was needed.
He is a brilliant colour strategist, and a lovely calm, playful personality.
He got the perfect colour for me immediately. while also improving the quality of my hair and not using any more bleaching agents.
What Andrea did in one go, it takes my Australian hairdressers two and three times to do. The results are astonishing. The colour of my face now looks more glowing, younger and more vibrant.
I could not be more happy with these results!

First visit after a recommendation from a friend. Like most people, I dread finding a new nail spot, but my regular spot is just too far. I requested gel, but they only offered shellac, so I was a bit disappointed, but it was the BEST result I had had in years with my nails. The french manicure looked amazing and lasted and lasted. The two technicians worked on my nails and hands at the same time so it wasn't as long a process as usual, but with just as good results as I received when my nails and toes were done separately - which i was surprised about. They seemed to be running on time and I will have an update after a second visit. Arrive a little early as there is not a lot of parking right out front- but you can park on the side.
Salon is kept clean, instruments are sanitized. Ti is excellent - a pleasure to have her work on me.
A reasonably priced nail salon in the Richmond Hill area. I got shellac manicure and Judy was super nice and professional! She was super attentive and had so much patience. She recommended the flower pattern and the glitter which made it a little bit more pop. I do have to say that they are not the best at drawing very detailed patterns like small flowers as you can see. However, I think other designs would be better. Will definitely give it another try.

Came here for the first time with my mother who is a regular. Her nail tech Lina did shellac cat eye nails for me with nail extentions for the most natural looking set I've had. I'm also particular about the way in which nail techs do my nails, I hate rush jobs, and rough handleling of my hands, leaving my hands hurting after. I did not experience that here, she was gentle, did not rush and she did a meticulous job!

The receptionist Kate was great as I am a senior and she helped me understand what was involved in the removal and the pricing options. And Lana did my removals. She did an excellent job and am very happy with her work. I will definitely come back here if I need more work done. I’m very happy with all the staff as, they’re very friendly and professional.

It was my first visit to Polaris Nail & Spa, but it will not be my last. Hanah was kind, professional, and meticulous with my nails--they still look amazing today (a week and a half later). I know the difference because the last time I got my carpet cleaned the technician was in and out very quickly . Also the previous company told me that they couldn’t take out a stain because I had applied a cleaner and it messed up the composition. Last year, I also went to Dr. Li for another tooth decay at the Victoria Park branch. Root canal and my son’s tooth decay were also treated with the help of Dr. Li. I only trust Dr. Li as a dentist in Toronto. After several contacts, I felt that Dr. Li is not good at flattering others, but his skills are superb, meticulous, professional, and sincere.
