Dr DiStefano is a master of his work and should be the first physio specialist you decide to see. I suffered from a shoulder injury and after seeing two other physio clinics for weeks at a time with little progress at both, I worried my injury was far more severe than I originally thought. Dr DiStefano has a wealth of knowledge about shoulders and has many years of strength training himself, so he understands the nuances of both treatment and recovery inside and out. Dr. DiStefano is amazing! I wasted a year seeing another chiropractor in attempt to cure my sciatica…Dr.D cured me within two visits! He uses a spinal decompression table that works absolute wonders!
