This place was great! They are very open and up-front about what they can do and the pricing was fair and transparent - which I loved! On top of that, Gloria was amazing to deal with and provided A+ customer service! I wish I remembered the names of all the ladies that helped me, because they all deserve a shout out.I'd recommend Thornhill Family Ortho for all your Ortho needs!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 12 years now. I love the whole team there! They always welcome me with a smile, very personable, funny, informative and professional! They do a fantastic job at making sure I feel comfortable and satisfied. My appointments, honestly, always turn out to be so much fun and we always have a good laugh! Love you guys!!

We had the most outstanding and above and beyond service with Thornhill Family Orthodontics. My wife’s bottom retainer wire broke and she was in real pain from it poking her mouth every time she tried to speak. She call TFO and spoke to a lovely woman named Gloria and explained her urgent situation and Gloria said that they were wrapping up their day and Dr. Burton and her Team were just about to leave for the day but that she would catch them and see if they could stay to help me. I was so shocked when Gloria came back and said “c’mon in and we’ll take care of you!” We raced to their office and they took their time to ensure my wife was properly looked after...read full review
