Wanted to highly recommend ServicePlus who recently replaced our furnace. When our furnace stopped working they promptly determined what had broken and clearly explained our options both repairing versus installing a new furnace. On one of the coldest days on record, my furnace stopped working. I was able to get a same day technician to come in to check it out. Keefe was straight-forward and efficient, very knowledgeable and explained things really clearly. He approached the problem methodically and was able to get the furnace working again within an hour. Check out my reviews on Yelp as they have more detail, but I do want to say that Service Plus is by far one of the very best service companies I have worked with after a year of renovating a rental property and dealing with lots of less than stellar tradespeople. So far I have had furnace repairs and a new gas water heater installed (both 2021) and both experiences were exceptionally good. Organized, prompt, professional, and they go out of their way to provide extra value-added service.
