I have no complaints about their promptness and the technician's efficiency, my concern is the lack of details in their invoicing. I was given a quote and authorized the work but when they presented the bill, there was no breakdown of the cost. It took half an hour to complete the repair and I knew how much the part cost, so I call to ask for a detailed bill. I was told they didn't "do business that way" and that they "didn't know the cost of the part". Not very transparent. The work was good but how can you not provide your customers a proper invoice?Service: Heating maintenance
