“Wow, Amazing service from Rob and Air Zone Team - Taylor, Chelsea, Jill and Samantha.After getting 2 other quotes, we trusted Taylor and ordered a Lennox Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Maintenance Plan in June 2018. Throughout the years we have been happy with Air Zone.Recently our furnace suddenly stopped working. Air Zone sent Rob to diagnose the problem,ordered the part and Taylor negotiated with Lennox on our behalf.Rob replaced the “hub” and went over and above duty, adjusted the thermostat, he drew a diagram to explain where the issue was, he answered our many questions and even showed us how to start our fireplace, for when we lose our electricity.Rob is very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure.
