They took the time to go over any and all concerns we had and explained everything they were doing. “Please note, Dr HVAC is NOT a 24 hour service. We’ve been members with them for a little over a year. Our furnace was serviced exactly a week ago and has now stopped working. It’s below zero temperatures tonight and I have young children in the house, but have been informed that on weeknights they offer an answering service only, with no technicians on call. They only offer emergency services on weekends. Their advertising is a bit misleading if you ask me, so just be aware of what you are signing up for. Their service up until this point has been fabulous so this is disappointing to say the least.<br><br>Edit: Dr HVAC was very responsive once I left this (original 2 star) review. They were apologetic for what happened and have indicated that typically an evening call would be received by the owner or manager. I was told if a technician isn’t available they will drive over space heaters until they can get someone it. I hope I never have to find out if this is accurate. It obviously wasn’t my experience but might be someone else’s. I’ve updated my review in any case because despite this mishap we have been happy with their services overall.“
