“Steve was SO helpful when he came to assess what to do with our leaking hot water heater suggesting a full range of options. He also was able to diagnose a venting issue that just emerged the day of his first visit. He suggested a contractor who could address it quickly and when the appointment for that was made for the next day was able to come in that same day to install a new hot water heater. He also checked after the installation to see that all was well which I really appreciated. All in all, I was really impressed with the work, the professionalism and the relationship Steve created with me assuaging my worries easily with his knowledgeable care and attention.
