Our water heater stopped working last evening and we thought we'd be out of luck until the morning. One call to Enercare and within a half hour we received a call from Umakant Patil saying he'd arrive within 20 minutes, which he did. He was friendly and efficient and was able to pinpoint the problem right away and repair it. We are very satisfied with Umakant's work and also with Enercare's service and quick response to our problem.
Massive shoutout to Paul Pantaleon. Very respectful and is great at what he does. We had a leak in our home and he took the time to describe the issue and how he went about solving it. Would highly recommend, 10/10
This man in particular named Randy who was our technician was excellent and a breath of fresh air as he thoroughly helped us and gave us the necessary information needed. He went above and beyond his job. Thank you Randy and thank you for caring.
