“First time bringing my leather here and I am very pleased with the result. The first time I stained my Maje suede purse I bought another one. They are no longer available and it's my favourite purse. I also brought in a leather jacket that lightened significantly from exposure to sun in my closet. The jacket was fixed very well, very pleased, the colour is almost identical and only I can tell - it is not a consistent colour throughout the jacket originally, so it looks perfect. The purse stain was gone. There were minimal markings leftover from just whatever was used to remove it, and this is inevitable. It looks amazing. No complaints. It was not cheap, and I am not complaining because it's legit hard work. I like that when you call someone always answers quickly. While the web site said 2 weeks for the purse, in store they told me it would be 3 weeks, but it took a month. I am happy as long as the result is good. The initial sales rep I found also very nice and fair. I would recommend the company, and I do not feel some of the reviews are justified. If you are complaining about price, you have the option to go elsewhere.“
