No matter what item I bring in to clean or repair, their staff are incredibly courteous, professional, and extremely prompt in completing the work to be done. And everything I bring in always looks 110% better after their involvement! Extra special thank you to their very skilled head tailor Ana Maria, who is as lovely a person to work with as she is skilled at breathing new life into cherished items.

I have a 40 year old leather biker jacket that I love but has been in a box 20 years.Took it out stiff and musty.They were able to clean, recondition, and even fix some of scratches and scuffing without taking out the 40 year characterAbsolutely great job.

I pulled a 50 year-old sheepskin, coat with a suede exterior and fur interior, out of storage and some mould have formed on the back and front. A leather factory recommended Love Your Leather, I contacted them, they picked up the coat at no cost (in London) and returned in 3 weeks later, again at no cost, and it is in "like new" condition. The service could not have been better!!
