I went to get 3 trousers shortened. I love how they interact. It is so kind, quick, to the point, and informative. I got my pants in the next week and cut perfectly. I love how the seamstress gave me suggestions on my pants when trying on before the cut, too. Just shows lots of experience and skills.Great 1st experience. I would go again soon for dry cleaning this time.

Ok I'm so happy + grateful to find this gem of a spot on Lakeshore within walking distance of home. The owners are SO nice! I came in with a giant bag of alterations and the woman patiently had me try on each item to pin me for the alterations. I wasn't in a rush so I ended up picking it up ~10 days later and when I came back I tried the altered clothes there and they all fit to PERFECTION! And the prices are insanely reasonable!! I'm planning to take back all of my alterations + cleaning back here, especially because the husband + wife duo are so kind!

They do amazing work for cleaning dress shirts, it’s always in a timely manner. I’ve had badges sewn on to my uniform to perfection. The price is right! Lovely customer service.
