They are the best cleaners on lakeshore. Owners are very down to earth people. They try to give good service to each and everyone. But when I saw some other reviews and I can tell you can’t make everybody happy. But they are the best . I always get good service on this place . I strongly recommend them if you need good service and good cleaning.

Update: The owner took the responsibility and re-cleaned the 2 blazers for free, the smell is not completely gone but way better so I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars since she at least tried with a good will.Unfortunately I picked this location to get my 2 blazers and 1 canada goose jacket dry cleaned and paid $72 for 3 items. The only reason I needed a dry cleaning for my items were the sweat smell as I'm a live performer and I have to put those suits on every single show. When I unpacked the blazers, the smell was completely still there, completely!
