Sean was a pleasure to deal with. Offered to send someone for an emergency repair on short notice at my rental property. First experience calling Maximum Roofing, but they will definitely be my new first call for all roofing projects. (A few shingles had blown off)Sean acted quickly to avoid rainy weather coming, and the repair was offered at a lower price than other roofers I called. I picked Sean for the job because he was able to send someone to come out for the repair within a day! I was so impressed with the service I received, that I asked for a price to strip the problem side of my roof, and replace plywood, and re-shingle to avoid future shingles getting blown off due to aging wood.The price I was given surprised me. I know the price of materials these days, and these guys offer a really fair all-in simple price on their quotes. Prices are fair, they honour their quotes, straight forward & honest to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sean and his team for any roofing repairs or replacements. The on-site team was great and left no mess behind either.

Tried Willow Salon for the first time last month and had a wonderful experience. My hair has never looked so good! From the cut to the color. They really know what suits you best with great suggestions. I went for a consult first as I’ve had not great experiences at my last salon and thought maybe that was just the norm and wanted to see before committing. It exceeded my expectations! Very clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the price is reasonable/ on par in comparison but I feel the service is better. I don’t mind paying for great service! My hair is lighter, bouncy, and has life in it again! You can tell they really care. Excited to go back again in July.
From start to finish working with Mike and the Creative Concepts team has been an extremely positive experience. Mike put in the extra effort to bring samples of stones he thought would work for our project even before we signed the contract. The team showed up as promised and worked diligently to make everything work as planned.

We have taken one of our vehicles to Jeff on two separate occasions. The first time was to have our front brakes done and the second time was to have our rear brakes done. During both visits Jeff provided excellent service and workmanship, and at a reasonable price. In fact we are impressed enough that he is now our go-to mechanic here in Dundas. Jeff is a reliable, honest, and a skilled mechanic. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

I have used Greg's plumbing several times over the past few years with the same high level of professionalism and service with every plumber. They go out of their way to explain what and why needs to be repaired and they do not try and "upsell" and make every attempt to keep costs down. They are friendly and respectful - I would highly recommend this company.
I recently tried this salon for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was incredible - clean, beautiful, and relaxing. But what truly made my experience exceptional was Geysel, my nail technician. She was fantastic! Her attention to detail, expertise, and warm demeanor made me feel at ease. I think we forget when we go to appointments that there is a charismatic natural conversation that she provided to me . I was not a number and not a transaction .

We needed someone to visit our elderly parents weekly to be our "eyes on the ground". My parents formed a close bond with one staff member who came twice weekly for over a year. He was kind, reliable, completely trustworthy, and cared for my parents as if they were his own. We felt so relieved that he was in our lives, helping our parents with self care, walks, meds, etc.
They have now moved on to other care arrangements, but we always be grateful for the care we received from Right at Home.

This review has been hard. In the end, we have been happy with the job. THE COMMUNICATION AROUND THE JOB WAS A MAJOR ISSUE! I hummed and hawed about 3 vs. 4 stars.... indeed, I want to give 3.5 stars. The lead crew hand, on the job, was awesome! He was awesome! He was professional, aware and patient with my requests. His crew, however, were not aware, were flippant and caused public arguments to the point that I felt I had to walk out and ask how the job was going. From the booking end, I hired Harper's as they gave, initially!, a real sense of knowledge and expertise. Then, once they received my deposit, there was no communication! I had to inquire regularly about the schedule of the job and the plans. In the end, the job was done with no Harper's produced drawing or plan! Once the job finally got schedule, we were very happy with the end result, but it was more of a design as we go, versus this is the clear project plan - yes - and go ahead. THIS AGAIN, WAS A RESULT OF THE LEAD HAND and him figuring out the job in communication with me, as opposed to knowing the plan in advance. Bottom-line - Harper's has the expertise and know how. Their professional landscapers do great work. THE COMMUNICATION WAS SEVERELY LACKING!!! I felt that I had to initiate REGULARLY!!! As, opposed to them making me feel like I was a valued client! Communication needs IMPROVEMENT!
