When I drove from burlington only to have realized that I had read the wrong schedule for hours of operation as it was a day for on calls, but I took a chance and gave the business a call and without hesitations and a few minutes wait, I was able too get my key cut. Thank you so much for making my day. Place of business I would recommend and return to.

I should have gone here first. I had keys cut for my new home and they didn’t work (at a large national chain store). Dundas Lock & Key are the real professionals. No reason to go anywhere else!

My service appointment was within 24 hours of calling. The locksmith (Colin) was prompt, knowledgeable, gave me alternatives and did exactly what was needed very efficiently, for a great price and even swept up. Excellent!
