15 Plains Rd W, Burlington“Went there for a tour today.. good vibes, not too crowded and exceptionally detail oriented staff.The members paying premium for group classes seems reasonable considering different types of experts involved in one institution. Will sign up here if they trend multiple martial arts programs in their gym and fill up their the weekly schedule. Don’t even mind paying more premium for it and this gym will be unbeatable then.This is only my personal preference as a martial artist. Other then that Awesome Gym!“

3011 Appleby Line, Burlington“What I like about this gym is the value you get in comparison to the fees you pay; relatively good equipment and the ability to access any location across North America. The lost star is due to the slow maintenance they make, especially when it comes to water fountains or pool or Sauna. When any of these breaks, they take forever to be fixed!“

Similar (albeit larger) to Windsor-Tecumseh Mall GL gym in that main floor is upstairs and attached/in a mall.I went on a Friday night and got through my workout timely. Staff was kind at the front desk and change rooms were clean.“
