Good gym with everything you need. Very large floor space as well. Similar (albeit larger) to Windsor-Tecumseh Mall GL gym in that main floor is upstairs and attached/in a mall.I went on a Friday night and got through my workout timely. Staff was kind at the front desk and change rooms were clean.
Hands down. One of the best goodlife facilities I've been to. I travel. Go to as many goodlife fitness as I can. Top notch. Lockers were impressive. Staff . Courteous. My goodlife bag was torn and falling apart and Brandon without hesitation gave me a spanking new bag. Glad I joined. Continued success Burlington.
I have been a member for over a year. Great gym.The staff are very helpful and always welcoming. However, I have noticed a change in the quality of cleanliness in the past few months. Benches in ladies changeroom are rarely cleaned and tables by front desk really need a good cleaning as well. Nice to see machines are well maintained.
