He was always already to answer any questions and explained the progress. He has excellent organization skill and he manages his teams very well. Our contract was very well written in details so we understood everything he did. Despite of commuting more than 2 hrs daily from Barrie to Toronto, James was always on time and be at the site when needed. We are so happy with James, we have already booked him for the spring project.“
