“I want to thank Connie who went above and beyond with a pair of eyeglasses purchased elsewhere. She spent 45 minutes trying to uncover why my primary eyeglasses weren't working as well as my sunglasses (from an online vendor). Turns out that the primary eyeglasses--which admittedly have a complex Rx--had an incorrect axis in the right lens. This error has played havoc with my vision for more than a month.I certainly expected to pay for her labor, but she said it's just one of the many services she renders. Perhaps so, but I didn't even buy my glasses at Stillwater Eyewear. This sort of customer service is both incredibly generous, and sadly, increasingly rare.“
