She spent 45 minutes trying to uncover why my primary eyeglasses weren't working as well as my sunglasses (from an online vendor). Turns out that the primary eyeglasses--which admittedly have a complex Rx--had an incorrect axis in the right lens. This error has played havoc with my vision for more than a month.I certainly expected to pay for her labor, but she said it's just one of the many services she renders. Perhaps so, but I didn't even buy my glasses at Stillwater Eyewear. This sort of customer service is both incredibly generous, and sadly, increasingly rare.“
