They worked with the insurance company so I did not have to be the middle man. The roof was replaced in one day including the post clean up. The roof looks incredible and they used higher grade products then what I currently had on the old roof.I also appreciated Isaiah’s capable supervising of the crews and his returning my calls as quickly as possible! “I cannot recommend Waymakers Restoration highly enough. 5 stars does not do them justice. We had water issues in our basement. I attempted to get estimates from several companies. Waymakers was one of only 2 companies I contacted who were willing and able to send someone “same-day.” One of the other companies wanted to charge me $75 just to come out and give me an estimate. I contacted Waymakers and, within barely an hour, Brandon was on site. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and refreshingly honest. He told me all I needed to do was extract the water from the basement carpet and put some fans on it to dry. This after another company sent me an invoice saying I needed nearly $3,000 worth of work to fix the issue. I asked him if he would do the water removal while he was there, as they have much better equipment than anything I could buy, and he agreed. He was prompt, courteous and careful with everything he did and cleaned everything up before he left. I hope to never need a water or fire restoration company ever again, but if I do, Waymakers will be the only one I will call. If you need water or fire restoration work, or needing someone to deal with mold issues, trust me, give them a call. You will be so glad you did!“

He has an exceptional work ethic which cannot be emphasized enough and I'm still impressed with how thorough he was regarding every aspect of the process. Discovering mold was a mixed bag for me, because I finally had answers as to why my animals were sick, but the process of remediating seemed daunting. “The technician was very professional and went beyond by getting the cost reduced after noticing that less needed to be done after the original estimate. My only complaint is that there was so much moss and other tree debris on my roof when it was done that there is now dead, brown places on my roof that I can't get off. I had a family member come after the second treatment and tried with a stiff broom but it had already become dried on the shingles. I know it would cost extra but if the debris could have been brushed off before the bleach treatment it likely would have helped.“
