EMC IT Solutions went out of their way to refurbish out of use laptops in order for them to be donated to those in need, including local community centers. They even bought a new charger for one of the laptops being donated. This was something greatly appreciated!“

“Brian (Store Owner) was both kind and thorough. I brought an MSI Stealth gaming laptop to that has impact damage to the back of the case.He inspected it, did some tests and determined that the computer might have damages slightly beyond his expertise (damaged motherboard). He recommended a store to me, wrote up a diagnostic report for me and called the store informing them of my laptop and its situation so all I had to do was follow up.The biggest highlight of this, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE. “A few months ago, I was experiencing problems with my printer. Mike from Falls PC Clinic came out and not only fixed that problem, but took care of some other annoying software glitches. Mike also indicated that the mechanical hard drive was really struggling at times, and recommended upgrading to solid state. Just got that done at Falls PC Clinic.
