“Brian (Store Owner) was both kind and thorough. I brought an MSI Stealth gaming laptop to that has impact damage to the back of the case.He inspected it, did some tests and determined that the computer might have damages slightly beyond his expertise (damaged motherboard). He recommended a store to me, wrote up a diagnostic report for me and called the store informing them of my laptop and its situation so all I had to do was follow up.The biggest highlight of this, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE.
