EMC IT Solutions went out of their way to refurbish out of use laptops in order for them to be donated to those in need, including local community centers. They even bought a new charger for one of the laptops being donated. This was something greatly appreciated!“
“A company I work for ordered 9 computers from them over the course of 2022 when computers were hard to get. So far they have been rock solid, one of them did experience a dead 4TB Seagate drive and they replaced it under warranty with a simple phone call. Highly recommend.“

The technician clarified that this was untrue and helped me find the files. Not even a charge was made. These days, it's uncommon to find someone with this level of ethics and honesty. “Brian (Store Owner) was both kind and thorough. I brought an MSI Stealth gaming laptop to that has impact damage to the back of the case.He inspected it, did some tests and determined that the computer might have damages slightly beyond his expertise (damaged motherboard). He recommended a store to me, wrote up a diagnostic report for me and called the store informing them of my laptop and its situation so all I had to do was follow up.The biggest highlight of this, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE.
